Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 17 October 2026 (IST)
By creating an account or paying for a plan on Solve24 you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. Please also read our Privacy Policy and the Grievance Redressal page.
1. Who we are and what Solve24 is
Solve24 (operated by Kunal Prajapati, sole proprietor, correspondence address: H.No 1004, Mahipalpur, New Delhi 110037, India — same details as filed with our payment processor Razorpay Software Private Limited) provides a directory + booking marketplace connecting Indian consumers with local service workers and shops.
Solve24 is an intermediary within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and complies with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Solve24 is a facilitator: it does not employ workers, does not warrant the outcome of services rendered by workers, does not inspect worker premises or verify worker credentials beyond self-declaration, and is not a party to the service contract that forms between a customer and a worker. Any service agreement, including price, scope, warranty, and dispute resolution for the service itself, is between the customer and the worker directly.
2. Subscription tiers
Access to phone-number reveals of listed workers and shops requires an active subscription. From September 2026 onwards, subscriptions are offered as UPI Autopay (auto-renewing) mandates. Legacy one-time subscriptions remain honoured until they expire but are no longer offered to new users.
3. Recurring UPI Autopay debit terms
By subscribing to a Solve24 auto-renewing plan, you authorise Razorpay Software Private Limited on behalf of Solve24 to debit a specified maximum amount from the UPI ID linked to your bank account at the frequency you select at signup. The following applies to every such mandate:
- Maximum debit amount per cycle: the amount printed on your plan card at the time of consent (e.g. ₹11/week, ₹49 every 15 days, ₹99 monthly for customer autopay; ₹299 monthly, ₹749 every 3 months, ₹2,499 yearly for worker autopay; ₹49/week for Boost).
- Frequency: monthly / every 3 months / yearly, per the plan you pick.
- Mandate validity: up to 12 monthly cycles (1 year) for monthly plans, 4 cycles (1 year) for quarterly, 1 cycle for yearly. The mandate expires automatically at the end of that period — no charge without a fresh authorisation.
- Pre-debit notification: Razorpay will send you an SMS/email notification at least 24 hours before every debit as required by RBI's e-Mandate framework (Circular DPSS.CO.PD.No.447/02.14.003/2019-20 and subsequent amendments).
- Failed debits: up to 3 automated retries within 30 days. If all retries fail, the subscription is marked halted and your access is suspended until you re-authorise.
- Cancellation — 1 tap: visit /subscriptions/manage, sign in, tap Cancel my autopay. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle onwards. You can also revoke the mandate directly from your UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM etc. → Settings → Autopay → Solve24).
- Refunds: Completed cycles are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future debits. If a debit occurs after you have already cancelled through Solve24 or your UPI app (which should not happen), report it to support@solve24.in within 7 days and we will refund it in full within 15 working days.
- Plan changes: Solve24 may adjust the amount or frequency of a plan for future cycles only with fresh mandate authorisation from you. Existing mandate parameters cannot be silently increased.
- Currency: All amounts are in Indian Rupees. GST is included in the displayed price at current statutory rates.
4. Worker Boost subscription (weekly recurring)
Workers who subscribe to the Boost plan (₹49/week recurring via UPI Autopay) receive priority placement in listings and additional lead visibility. Terms specific to Boost:
- Billing: ₹49 debited every 7 days via UPI Autopay from the UPI handle authorised at signup.
- Cancellation — 1 tap: at /subscriptions/manage or directly from your UPI app's Autopay settings. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.
- Refund: the current week's cycle is non-refundable once started; no further debits occur after cancellation.
- Service failure: if the Boost feature is unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours in a billing cycle due to a Solve24-side outage, the cycle fee is refunded on written request.
5. Cancellation policy (one-time subscriptions — legacy)
Legacy one-time subscriptions (Trial ₹19 / Basic ₹79 / Standard ₹149, and worker plans ₹99–₹2,499) are non-refundable once activated. They expire automatically at the end of the paid duration.
6. Refund policy summary
- Auto-renewing subscriptions: no refund on completed cycles; cancellation prevents future debits. Debits after acknowledged cancellation are refunded within 15 working days.
- One-time subscriptions: non-refundable once activated.
- Duplicate/erroneous charges of any kind: full refund within 15 working days after email confirmation.
- All refunds are issued to the original payment instrument via Razorpay. Refund status is trackable through your UPI app or bank statement.
7. Facilitation of customer↔worker payments
Solve24 does not collect commission on the underlying job payments between customers and workers. All amounts for actual services rendered are paid directly by the customer to the worker (cash, UPI, bank transfer). Solve24 has no financial visibility into or liability for those amounts, and does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or completion of services. Any claim arising from the service itself (damage, delay, non-performance, overcharging) must be pursued by the customer against the worker directly.
8. User responsibilities and acceptable use
Users (customers, workers, and shop owners) agree to:
- Provide accurate information at signup and keep account details current.
- Not impersonate another person, submit false reviews, or create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings.
- Not use the platform to post, request, or facilitate anything unlawful under Indian law, including services that require regulatory licences the user does not hold.
- Not scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically copy content from Solve24 without written permission.
- Comply with Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules 2021: not host, display, upload, or share content that is defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, harmful to minors, infringes intellectual-property rights, or threatens public order.
Solve24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these responsibilities. Suspension decisions can be appealed to the Grievance Officer within 30 days.
9. Reviews, ratings, and user-generated content
Reviews you submit are your own opinion and your own responsibility. By posting a review you grant Solve24 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host and display it on Solve24 surfaces and reasonable syndication partners (search engines, AI assistants, map listings) solely to run the directory.
Solve24 moderates user-generated content under a published policy. We may remove or demote content that is defamatory, spam, misleading, bought/sold, violates applicable law, or breaches Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules 2021. Workers and businesses can request takedown of a review through the Grievance Redressal page; takedown decisions are made within 72 hours as required by the IT Rules 2021. Ratings are visible publicly and cannot be individually deleted after 30 days except via a successful takedown request.
10. Data protection (DPDP Act 2023)
We process personal data as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, erase, nominate, and withdraw consent — withdrawal is as easy as granting consent. Full exercise details and SLAs are listed on the Privacy Policy page. Data-related grievances are handled by the Data Protection Officer (privacy@solve24.in, 7-working-day SLA).
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Solve24's aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount that user paid to Solve24 in the 90 days preceding the claim, or (b) ₹1,000. Solve24 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or damages arising from the acts, omissions, or performance of workers or third parties.
Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by Indian law — for example, liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by Solve24's negligence, or statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Grievance redressal (IT Rules 2021, Rule 3(2) & Consumer Protection Rules)
In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we publish the following officers:
- Grievance Officer: Kunal Prajapati · grievance@solve24.in · acknowledgement within 48 hours, resolution within 15 working days (payment grievances per RBI norms; takedown of unlawful content within 72 hours).
- Data Protection Officer (DPDP): privacy@solve24.in · 7 working days.
- Nodal officer for law-enforcement requests: grievance@solve24.in.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to the National Consumer Helpline (1915 · consumerhelpline.gov.in), the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, or the Grievance Appellate Committee established under the IT Rules 2021. For payment-specific disputes, Razorpay's grievance desk is at razorpay.com/support. The full process is published at /grievance.
13. Governing law, dispute resolution and arbitration
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, which the parties cannot resolve through good-faith discussion within 30 days of written notice, shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by Solve24 after consultation with the other party; the seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India; the language of arbitration shall be English; and the award shall be final and binding on the parties.
Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not covered by arbitration (including interim relief). Nothing in this clause restricts a consumer's right under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting your recurring debit mandate — amount, frequency, or validity — require your fresh consent. Material changes to user obligations or liability will be notified by email and in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Non-material changes (typos, clarifications) will be posted here with an updated timestamp. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
